RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All pieces by Zena Baroudi are one-of-a-kind, handcrafted originals.                                   Each item is made once and never identically replicated.
All sales are final.

Due to the unique and handmade nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

Repairs We stand behind our craft. If your piece arrives damaged or develops a problem, we are happy to repair it. Simply contact us and ship the item back — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, both ways.

Damaged on arrival If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will assess each case individually.

Order cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
