SHIPPING POLICY
All pieces by Zena Baroudi are handcrafted in Lebanon and shipped worldwide via DHL Express or equivalent carrier where required.
Processing time Each order is carefully packaged and dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase.
Shipping times
- Lebanon: 1–3 business days
- Middle East & GCC: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Customs & duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Tracking All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or undelivered packages If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will do our best to assist. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
